Established in July 1997, the American International University of Management and Technology (AIUMT) offers self-paced correspondence degree programs in business management, computer science, and information technology curricula leading to the BBA/BSc and MBA/MSc. programs in these disciplines. There are no on-campus requirements. Students study at home at their own pace. Pursuit of educational excellence is our motto. Staffed with an outstanding faculty, AIMUT provides a structured and methodical means for offering students the best of academic and practical training at an affordable cost. AIUMT has several other affiliated study centers in U.K., India, United Arab Emirates and Singapore where students can receive counseling, tutorial assistance and mentoring pertaining to their study programs.

The University is accredited as a degree-granting institute by the World Association of Universities and Colleges (WAUC), an international accreditation association.

As of May 2003, AIUMT received temporary approval to operate as a degree-granting institution for offering BBA/BSC and MBA/MSc degrees in business management, computer science and information technology from the Bureau for Private Post secondary and Vocational Education (BPPVE) of the state of California.

We reiterate that we were approved by the Bureau on June 30 2007 when the Private Post secondary and vocational Act became inoperative and we have entered into a voluntary agreement with the Director of the Department of Consumer Affairs (DCA); we continue to comply with the voluntary agreement under paragraph(3) of subdivision(b) of section 1 of chapter 67 of the statutes of 2007. A copy of this voluntary Agreement dated July 23,2007 is available in the DCA Director's office.
