As of May 2003, AIUMT has also received temporary approval to operate as a degree-granting institution for offering BBA/BSC and MBA/MSc degrees in business management, computer science and information technology from the Bureau for Private Postsecondary and Vocational Education (BPPVE) of the state of California.
We are, therefore, pleased to reiterate that AIUMT has been officially approved to operate in California by State of California's Bureau of Private Post secondary & Vocational Education (BPPVE) since May 2003. Following the re-establishment of the Bureau(www.bppe.ca.gov) for Private Post secondary Education (BPPE) Act of 2009, our application for approval was re-approved in October 2010.
This University will keep true and accurate records of student enrollments, courses, fees, and matriculation rates for a minimum period of five(5) years. Upon demand, these records shall be made available to appropriate regulatory agencies.
AIUMT's Cancellation Rights, Responsibilities, and Refund Policy are fully described in our General Prospectus, including Catalogue Disclosure - Student Tuition Recovery Fund (STRF) Attachment F. The latter provision especially applies to California residents. All current and prospective students should be cognizant of their rights and obligations in this matter.
Additionally, please note that since our study programs are conducted through distance-learning mode we cannot assist or sponsor students for their visa applications.
